Refunds: Refunds (if cost incurred) will be provided based on written request, prorated by 50% by the amount of annual time remaining of 1st half or 2nd half. So if you paid $30 in services, your refund would be $15 if written request is in the first 6 months, refund would be $7.50 if in last 6 months of year. This excludes any Labor Time Spent On Image Manipulation ~ this is straight working time ~ no refund. Fishing-Charters.net reserves all rights, including the right to update these terms.
